“This is the baby of Eli and Ruby Challenger – he’s a renowned young chef with time behind the stoves at Fat Rupert‘s and Porteño and she’s a production designer and “muse”. And “muse” does sound kind of silly, until you meet her – Ruby might be the cutest thing since Minnie Mouse….”
“Ruby’s BBQ 16 hour slow-cooked BBQ beef with coleslaw and Ruby’s homemade BBQ sauce. Pull apart goodness.”
“The Smoked BBQ Beef was cooked for 16 hours, to result in a tenderness that melts when cut with a brisket texture. “Featuring the cream of the Sydney restaurant industry crop over four days and six sessions, we ate and drank our way through the entire festival! Standouts were the 16-hour slow cooked smoked BBQ beef with homemade coleslaw from Ruby’s BBQ…”
“Ruby’s BBQ offered a 16 hour slow cooked BBQ beef w/ coleslaw & Ruby’s homemade BBQ sauce – tangy and so tender.”
