Ruby Eli and Aaron entered Icon Park, a world first crowd funding platform dedicated to the hospitality industry. It was a whirlwind experience that allowed the team to let so many more people know about their big plans for Ruby’s BBQ.
Under the Icon Park tent, Ruby’s BBQ was invited to present their food at Taste Festival, and they sold a whopping 1300 units over the four days!
Up against some industry heavy weights such as Cake Wines and West Winds Gin, Ruby’s BBQ held it’s own and made its way into the top four.
